lipu pi (toki+pona) (Toki Pona stories)

In this page you may find the stories I have translated or written in Toki Pona.

I have been sporadically writing things in Toki Pona for my own use and thought it would be a fun idea to tackle bigger translations and release them to the community. I hope you will enjoy them!
The idea is to have the stories in sitelen pona with easily clickable translations so that people of all proficiency levels can enjoy them.
Oh yeah, in case you need help with reading the sitelen pona glyphs, highlighting and copying them works to get the latin characters out of the text.

jan[alasa linja insa sitelen uta] lon ma nasa (Alice in wonderland)

Chapters: [1]

My first big project and one of my favorite books of all time. This book is somewhat notoriously difficult to translate due to, well, everything that makes it special: all the wordplay, poetry, nonsense, cultural references... On the other hand, though, those kinds of challenges are exactly what makes this project fun.

e suli ale en ona li lukin (He who saw the deep)

Chapters: (Coming soon)

Also known as The Epic of Gilgamesh and also among my favorites all time. A more experimental project to play with free word order.
